Agreement
By creating an account or using CDNZero, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.
- Workspaces are scoped to their owner. You may not access or modify another workspace's assets.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use CDNZero to store or deliver:
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Malware, phishing material or code designed to harm systems.
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
- Content that is abusive, harassing or intended to evade access controls.
- Traffic that is designed to overload the service, probe limits or interfere with other customers.
We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules, and we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.
Your content
You retain ownership of the files you upload. You grant CDNZero a limited licence to store, copy, transmit and deliver your content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and deliver the content.
Public assets can be accessed by anyone with the URL. You are responsible for choosing visibility appropriate to the content. Private assets are delivered through expiring signed URLs, but you remain responsible for who you share those links with.
Storage, usage and limits
Each plan includes storage, transfer and request allowances shown on the pricing page. Limits are enforced per workspace. On paid plans, transfer beyond the included amount is billed at the stated overage rate. On the free plan, uploads pause when the storage limit is reached.
You must not attempt to circumvent limits, share one workspace between unrelated parties, or use the service in a way that is clearly outside its intended use.
Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select.
- Fees are charged in advance for the plan and in arrears for measured overage, where applicable.
- Taxes are added where required and are your responsibility.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability and support
We work to keep CDNZero available and to resolve issues promptly. Support response targets depend on the plan and are described on the contact page. Planned maintenance and incidents are reported on the status page.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk for other customers. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your content.
After termination, content is removed from delivery and purged from storage and backups within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
Disclaimer
CDNZero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CDNZero is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
