Overview
CDNZero provides file hosting and CDN delivery. This policy explains what we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the CDNZero web application and this website.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, workspace name, plan and authentication data.
- Content you upload — files, filenames, content types, sizes, folder names and asset visibility settings.
- Usage data — storage consumed, CDN transfer, request counts, domain verification state and feature usage.
- Support messages — the content of emails or messages you send to us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and timestamps recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Site analytics — aggregate page views on public marketing pages, used to understand traffic and improve the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use information
- To provide the service: store files, deliver them through the CDN and report usage.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.
- To respond to support requests and service notices.
- To bill for paid plans and calculate overage where applicable.
- To maintain reliability, diagnose errors and improve the product.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately.
Storage and security
Files are stored in private object storage and delivered through a global CDN over HTTPS. The storage origin is not publicly accessible. Uploads use short-lived links, private delivery uses time-limited signed URLs, and access to asset operations is checked against the owning workspace on the server.
No system is completely secure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact support@cdnzero.com rather than disclosing it publicly.
Retention
Account and asset metadata is retained while your workspace is active. When you delete an asset, it is removed from delivery immediately and purged from storage and backups within 30 days. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
Service providers
We use managed cloud infrastructure and CDN providers for storage, delivery and hosting. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; CDNZero does not store full card numbers. Providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
International transfers
CDN delivery is inherently global: cached copies of public assets may be served from edge locations in multiple regions. Account and billing records may be processed in the region where the service is operated. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can delete assets and folders in the dashboard, and you can request account deletion by contacting us.
Cookies
The application uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. We also use first-party analytics on public marketing pages to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics is not used for advertising, and we do not use cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Children
CDNZero is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
